Any product you return must be in exactly the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, no plastic wrapping to be removed, boxes opened etc.

All returns postal/courier costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We offer same-day posting on orders 

before 4:00pm Monday to Friday, 

or before 11:00am on Saturday

Orders placed on a Sunday are always packed and ready for shipping the following day on a Monday.

Post offices do not open on bank holidays, so any orders during these times will be taken on the next available working day.
