Shipping Policy

Great Pet Dealz offers hassle-free shipping across the UK. We ensure that your orders are carefully packaged and delivered to you in a timely manner. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries where we can, the majority is second class and second class tracked. You can upgrade your postage at a small surcharge, usually around £1.05 per item.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer the same online returns policy as we have done with our Ebay store. If you do not want your product within 14 days of purchase, unopened, not used and not tampered with, then we are happy to receive the item back. All return postage must be paid for and organised by the customer.
